Job Description:
Plentina is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Online Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client management. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account issues, payment processing, and other service-related tasks - Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with the sales team to maximize client satisfaction and retention - Identify potential issues and proactively address client concerns - Monitor online reviews and ratings to uphold company reputation - Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online client services or customer support - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online payment platforms and e-commerce tools - Experience in the fintech industry is a plus - Fluency in English and Tagalog
