Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Century Pacific Food, Inc. in Makati, PH. As an Associate Level position with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online client service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients through various online platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses to client needs. 3. Monitor and track client orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, provide feedback, and improve overall customer experience. 5. Assist in online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to attract new clients and retain existing ones. 6. Generate reports on client activity, feedback, and performance metrics to help improve service quality.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Leadership skills to guide a team of online service associates. 4. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle various client demands. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. 7. Motivated personality to drive results and meet client service goals. 8. Resourceful mindset to find creative solutions to client issues.
