Online Client Service Officer

Altitude Games is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client services - Assist in the development of online client service strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation skills - High attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with online client service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
