Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and friendly customer service to clients via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media - Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the company's products and services - Process orders, refunds, and cancellations - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy
