Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being driven and resilient, as well as the soft skills of presentation and time management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Process online orders and payments - Handle any issues or complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online experience for our clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in online client service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team
