Online Client Service Specialist

BeautyMNL is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and order processing - Resolve client issues promptly and professionally - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to recommend suitable beauty products to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Independent and dedicated individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment - Excellent adaptability skills to handle different client scenarios - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems - Familiarity with beauty products and trends preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
