Job Description - Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online client support and possess the personality traits of resilience and hard work. In addition, the candidate should have strong soft skills in research and creativity.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client support processes - Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and client needs - Create engaging content for client communications and social media platforms - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 2+ years of experience in online client support - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional client support - Strong research and creativity skills
