Job Description - Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


DMCI, a leading company in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Client Support Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide support to clients through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 3. Assist clients with product information, orders, and any other queries they may have. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Contribute to the improvement of online support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Experience in customer service or client support roles. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and online customer support tools. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
