Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading online beauty retailer in Cebu, Central Visayas, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our team. This position is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of confidence and adaptability, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills such as emotional intelligence and time management.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, product recommendations, and order processing. 3. Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
