Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


MadEats is seeking an energetic and passionate Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support and management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online client support, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Train and mentor junior staff members in client support best practices - Contribute to the development of new products and services based on client feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client support and management - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
