Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Expedock is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client support roles.


As the Online Client Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing client relationships through online platforms, addressing customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the online client support process and enhance the overall client experience.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as the ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
