Job Description:
Zennya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online client support operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online client support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively - Develop and implement strategies to improve online client support processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate as needed - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the online client support team - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online client support to drive continuous improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in online client support or customer service role - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving KPIs - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Driven and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
