Responsibilities: - Provide online assistance and support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Research and resolve client issues and concerns effectively - Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction - Work with clients to troubleshoot any technical problems they may encounter - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the online client support process
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role - Energetic and confident demeanor - Strong research skills to effectively resolve client inquiries - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using online customer support tools and platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
