Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Philippine Airlines. As an Associate-level position, the Online Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients in the Antipolo, Calabarzon area. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with booking flights, making changes to existing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise - Provide technical support to clients who may have trouble navigating our online platforms - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking individual with strong communication skills - Proficiency in using online booking systems and customer service software - Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure - Demonstrated innovation and people management skills - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
