Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Grab Philippines is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As part of the customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting Grab clients with their inquiries, issues, and concerns through online communication channels. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to develop their skills in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the customer support team to ensure excellent service delivery - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on Grab's products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics


Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle various customer situations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
