Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general troubleshooting - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively - Creative problem-solving skills and time management abilities - Previous experience in a customer support role preferred - Proficiency in using various software applications for communication and data management
