Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is looking for an Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and possess excellent time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and social media platforms 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience 5. Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in client support processes

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
