Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description: LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients, assisting them with any issues or inquiries they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to online transactions, tracking shipments, and other online services. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns. 4. Monitor online platforms for client feedback and reviews, addressing any negative feedback promptly and effectively. 5. Analyze client behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement of online services. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams on client feedback and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. Strong communication skills and customer service experience 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools 4. Driven and hardworking attitude with a desire to exceed client expectations 5. Strong analytical skills and ability to present data effectively 6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
