Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Humble Sustainability, a leading company in promoting eco-friendly practices, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Answer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients in navigating the company's website and online tools. 4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address client needs. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 6. Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to the management team.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for sustainability. 2. Excellent planning and communication skills to effectively interact with clients. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in using online communication tools and customer support software. 5. Familiarity with eco-friendly practices and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
