Job Description:

Taxumo, a leading online tax accounting platform based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team. As an Entry Level position with zero years of experience required, we are looking for dedicated and independent individuals who possess strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries related to tax filings, software usage, and general account inquiries. 3. Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and address technical issues. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Emotional intelligence to effectively handle difficult customer interactions. 6. Proficiency in using basic computer software and online platforms.
