Job Description:
Cloudstaff is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Assistant in our Taguig location. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via various online platforms, including chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Utilize negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for both the customer and the company - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess situations and determine appropriate actions - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer database - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and efficiency - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures
Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle a high volume of customer inquiries - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred - Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service tools - Flexibility to work part-time hours with the possibility of occasional overtime
