Job Description:
KMC Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media - Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Update customer records and documentation accurately - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
