Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


ZipMatch is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online contact center operations to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online contact center operations and drive customer satisfaction - Manage a team of online contact center agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer interactions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance customer service processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in online contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and online contact center software - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent negotiation and cooperation skills
