Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Driven and resilient with a positive attitude - Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
