Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative


Job Description:


Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable and confident Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and technical support. 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and issue resolution. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Demonstrate leadership skills by assisting with training new team members.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 2. Strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management software. 5. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 6. Basic knowledge of internet and telecommunications services.
