Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description: San Miguel Corporation is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online communication channels, such as chat, email, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with customers through various online channels to provide assistance and support - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Act as a brand ambassador by upholding company values and promoting products and services - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Resourceful individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to handle various customer situations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and technology - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
