Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


MetroMart is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in customer service and communication in an online setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services offered by MetroMart. 3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolution of any delivery issues. 4. Act as a liaison between customers and MetroMart's various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Proactively identify and address customer concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures in the contact center.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
