Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: FlySpaces is looking to hire a part-time Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients through various channels such as chat, email, and social media. This position requires a motivated individual who is resilient in handling challenging situations, and possesses excellent teamwork and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers in navigating the website and booking services online. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. 4. Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their online experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service strategies and processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet personal and team targets for customer satisfaction and response time.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center environment preferred. 2. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English. 3. Proficiency in using online chat and email platforms. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. 5. Must be motivated and resilient in dealing with difficult situations. 6. Excellent teamwork and innovative problem-solving skills.
