Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


KMC Solutions is seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Specialist. This part-time position is located in Manila, NCR, Philippines, and is at the Associate level requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online inquiries and customer interactions through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer issues and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience. 5. Assist with analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong research skills to find relevant information and solutions for customers. 3. Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and departments. 4. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
