Job description:
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and policies - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance - Maintain customer records and ensure that all interactions are logged accurately - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Driven and resourceful with a positive attitude - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms - Experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
