Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and energetic Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Gcash in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the customer service and fintech industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and issues. 3. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and transaction concerns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to de-escalate difficult situations and provide exceptional service. 6. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 6. Basic knowledge of financial transactions and mobile banking is a plus.
