Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Monitor and maintain customer records and databases - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer care experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries for continuous improvement
