Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


GMA Network Inc. is looking for a dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Parañaque. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support to our valued customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or chat. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Update customer information in the database. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Creativity and innovation in problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Excellent time management skills.
