Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a resourceful and passionate personality. We are looking for someone who is skilled in persuasion and excels in teamwork.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. - Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns effectively and efficiently. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Resourceful and passionate personality with strong persuasion and teamwork skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts as needed.
