Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level team member, the Online Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Provide guidance and support to users navigating our platform - Communicate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking attitude - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using customer service platforms - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
