Online Customer Care Associate

As an Online Customer Care Associate at Penshoppe, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Assist customers with product information, sizing, and availability - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Adaptable and reliable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
