Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate-level position, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online customer care to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of online customer care representatives to deliver excellent customer service through various online platforms. 2. Develop strategies to enhance the online customer care experience and drive customer engagement and loyalty. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Implement and maintain online customer care best practices and standards. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Create and present reports on customer care performance and trends to senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer care or a related field. 3. Strong project management and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Proven track record of leading successful customer care teams. 7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
