Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


AQWIRE is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. We are looking for a resilient and reliable individual who possesses strong soft skills, including persuasion and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via online platforms, including chat, email, and social media - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
