Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Expedock, a leading online customer care service provider in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. 4. Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure. 5. Must be hardworking, driven, and customer-focused. 6.
