Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Expedock is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through online platforms, including email, chat, and social media, to provide information and support - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers in navigating our online platform and resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns - Document and track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for enhancing the online customer experience


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools - Resilient and reliable, able to handle challenging situations with grace - Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage people effectively - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and providing top-notch service
