Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Penshoppe in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Providing information about our products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions


Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service - Confidence in dealing with customers and handling challenging situations - Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and emotions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in using computers and online communication tools
