Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Balikbayad is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and confidence.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering process, and after-sales support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Utilize creativity and strategic planning to enhance the online customer experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and confident personality traits. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. 6. Creativity and strategic planning skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
