Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Balikbayad is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner 3. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills 2. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 3. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers 4. Excellent communication skills in English 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and platforms 6. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
