Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Humble Sustainability, a leading eco-friendly company based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in an online setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer questions. 4. Maintain customer records and update accounts as needed. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures.


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service. - Strong research skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
