Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job description:


AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the following personality traits: resilience and independence. Soft skills required for this role include leadership and adaptability.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Provide information about the company's services and offerings to customers. 4. Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to better serve customers. 8. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 4. Ability to work independently and under pressure. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
