Job Description:
mClinica is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level role with 4 years of experience, the Online Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online users.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner. - Manage and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product information, promotions, and support to online customers. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the online customer experience and increase customer retention. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify trends and recommend improvements to the online platform. - Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as necessary. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in customer service or online support roles. - Strong project management and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Flexibility to work part-time hours with the option for remote work.
