Job Description:
Zalora Philippines is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a motivated and independent individual who possesses strong decision-making and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, promotions, orders, and delivery - Manage customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and escalation procedures - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in the customer care system - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information - Assist in identifying trends and providing insights to improve customer support processes
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems independently - Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
