Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


HealthNow is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and have excellent planning and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer care initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
