Online Customer Service Assistant

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues - Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Data entry and maintenance of customer records - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus - Strategic planning and presentation skills are essential - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service practices - Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service
