Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Coins.ph is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, creative, and have excellent attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, technical issues, and payment concerns. 3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
